General Terms and Conditions Nordic Training

By subscribing through Abler, I agree to the following terms and conditions with Nordic - Training ehf. (ID 6110192700)

• I am committed to completing the commitment period applicable to the selected contract.
• I declare to the best of my knowledge that it is safe for me to exercise.
• I understand that I am at my own risk in the gym.
• I understand that I am solely responsible for my training or courses.
• It is not permitted to transfer the access code to a party other than the contract holder, a violation may lead to expulsion without notice and/or a claim for damages for each time the person was allowed in without permission from Nordic - Training ehf.
• Nordic - Training ehf. reserves the right to change prices. Contracts may increase once a year by the amount of the increase in the consumer price index for price indexation since the last increase. If the fee increases beyond that, the subscriber may terminate the subscription without notice with a termination clause at the previous price. If the subscriber pays the first payment slip of the increase, it is deemed to have been accepted by him and the updated general terms and conditions come into effect.
• Nordic - Training ehf. is not responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur that are not directly attributable to errors or negligence on the part of Nordic Training ehf.
• All my valuables or property are at my own risk within the premises of Nordic - Training ehf.
• I understand that Nordic - Training ehf. is conducting training for group classes and therefore rooms and equipment may be reserved during these times.
• I understand that Nordic - Training ehf. will set up a timetable of training hours on their behalf for each month and I respect that.
• I understand that the schedule at Nordic Training ehf. is subject to change.
• If group training is in progress, it is not permitted to practice in that area without permission from the coach or owner.
• Illegal substances are strictly prohibited, if anyone is found to be using or possessing illegal substances, the person concerned will be unconditionally expelled from the facility and the contract will be terminated. If the sale or distribution of illegal substances takes place within the walls of Nordic - Training ehf., the matter will be immediately referred to the police.
• It is strictly forbidden to practice under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, as this will result in immediate expulsion and termination of the contract.
• Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside or outside the premises of Nordic - Training ehf. - Violation of this may result in eviction without notice.
• It is mandatory to empty lockers in changing rooms before the person leaves the gym.
• Photography in locker rooms is strictly prohibited.
• It is mandatory to wear sportswear during training (e.g., it is not permitted to train bare-chested, in outdoor shoes, in socks or barefoot, etc.).
• It is mandatory to leave the gym premises clean and tidy inside and outside.
• It is mandatory to return weights and/or equipment to their original location after use.
• The subscriber must always enter their personal access code upon arrival - This applies even if the door is unlocked/open/another person opens it first.
• Group/association formation is strictly prohibited inside or outside the premises of Nordic - Training ehf.
• The premises are under 24/7 audio and video surveillance.
• It is not permitted to enter the station with a person who is not registered for a subscription, violation of this may result in a claim for damages against the person who allows entry.
• It is best to contact info@nordictraining.is in advance with the name, ID number and phone number of the person interested in trying out the facility.

To cancel your subscription, send an email to info@nordictraining.is.

An email must be sent before the 5th day of each month for the notice period to take effect immediately.

Should the email be received after the 5th, the cancellation will not take effect until the end of the following month.
