General terms of Nordic Training

By signing a subscription agreement through Abler, I agree to the following terms and conditions with Nordic - Training ehf. (ID 6110192700)

I am obligated to complete the term of the contract selected.

I declare to the best of my knowledge that it is safe for me to exercise.

I understand that I am at my own risk in the gym.

I understand that I am at my own risk during training or courses.

It is not permitted to transfer the access code to a party other than the contract holder, a violation may result in expulsion without notice and/or a claim for damages for each time the person in question was allowed in without permission from Nordic - Training ehf.

Nordic - Training ehf. reserves the right to change prices. Contracts may increase once a year by the amount of the increase in the consumer price index for indexation since the last increase. If the fee increases beyond that, the subscriber may terminate the subscription without notice with a termination clause at the previous price. If the subscriber pays the first payment slip of the increase, it is deemed accepted by him and the updated general terms and conditions come into effect.

Nordic - Training ehf. is not responsible for injuries or accidents that may occur that are not directly attributable to errors or negligence on the part of Nordic Training ehf.

All my valuables or property are at my own risk within the premises of Nordic - Training ehf.

I understand that Nordic - Training ehf. has training for group classes and therefore rooms and equipment can be reserved during them.

I understand that Nordic - Training ehf. will set up a timetable of training hours on their behalf for each month and respect this.

I understand that the timetable at Nordic Training ehf. is subject to change.

If a group session is in progress, it is not permitted to train in that area unless with the permission of the trainer or owner.

Illegal substances are strictly prohibited, if anyone is found to be using or possessing illegal substances, the person concerned will be unconditionally expelled from the facility and the contract will be terminated. If the sale or distribution of illegal substances takes place within the walls of Nordic - Training ehf., the matter will be immediately referred to the police.

It is strictly forbidden to train under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, this will lead to immediate expulsion and termination of the contract.

It is strictly forbidden to smoke or vape inside or outside the premises of Nordic - Training ehf. - Violation of this may lead to expulsion without notice.

It is mandatory to empty lockers in the locker rooms before the person leaves the gym.

Photography in the locker rooms is strictly prohibited.

It is mandatory to wear sportswear when exercising (e.g., it is not permitted to exercise bare-chested, in outdoor shoes, in socks or barefoot, etc.).

It is mandatory to leave one's belongings neatly inside and outside the premises of the fitness center.

It is mandatory to return weights and/or equipment to their original place after use.

The subscriber must always punch in their personal access code upon arrival - This applies even if the door is unlocked/open/another party opens it first.

Group/society formation is strictly prohibited inside and outside the premises of Nordic - Training ehf.

The premises are under 24/7 surveillance with audio and video recording.

It is not permitted to arrive at the facility with a person who is not registered as a subscriber, violation of this may result in a claim for damages against the person who lets them in.

It is best to contact info@nordictraining.is in advance with the name, ID number and phone number of the person interested in trying out the facility.

To cancel a subscription, send an email to info@nordictraining.is

An email must be sent before the 5th of each month so that the cancellation period takes effect immediately.

Should the email be received after the 5th, the cancellation will not take effect until the end of the following month.
