SINDRI FREYR ARNARSSON
Competes for the Massa powerlifting and Olympic lifting team. Many of his athletes have won Icelandic championship titles, set Icelandic records and achieved personal bests.
He himself has been powerlifting since 2009 and has been coaching powerlifting and Olympic lifting since 2015. He has gained a lot of experience and knowledge throughout his career, set many Icelandic records and also completed Coach Level 1 at the Icelandic Sports Association and Powerlifting Course 1 at the Icelandic Powerlifting Association.
